Before, I didn't like the taste of arugula, then I deduced that when arugula is accompanied by olive oil and lemon juice, the taste becomes pleasant and special.

And so I combined several ingredients that I like, and I created this salad.

QUINTESSENCE:

  • arugula - 1/3 cottage
  • cherry tomatoes - 12-15 pieces
  • anchovy fillets - 10 pieces
  • olives with almonds - 10 pieces

ALCHEMY:
