- 1l of milk,
- 300g gray,
- 1/2 cup sugar,
- rum essence (and a little cream left over from a cake made the day before, I hope I can add it here)
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Gray pudding:
the milk is boiled with sugar and rum essence.
when it reached boiling point I added the semolina and stirred continuously until the pudding thickened.
I put it in molds and let it cool and I served it with a little cream left over from a cake made.
some cinnamon is added and if I didn't have one I didn't add it.
