Heat the milk, dissolve the yeast and mix with 2-3 tablespoons of flour.

Let it grow in a warm place. Fry 3 egg yolks with sugar and salt, mix with yeast fermented in milk, lemon peel, sour cream, flour and vanilla.

Knead the dough for 20 minutes, adding little by little oil. Let it rise for an hour.

To prepare the filling, the cottage cheese is mixed with the yolks, sugar cream and we put raisins.

After the dough has risen, spread a sheet about 5 mm thick. Cut the squares of about 8/8 mm, which are filled. Gather the opposite corners on top of each other and grease with egg yolk so that it does not come off and we place them in a greased tray.

Grease the pies on top with egg yolk beaten with sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, then continue baking at 160 degrees.

At the end, when it is finished baking, sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
